Free After School Meal
Every child enrolled in the program will receive free after-school meals and snacks. Brite Star is proud of its exceptional kitchen staff, who prepare meals that change daily. Each meal meets the healthy and balanced guidelines established by the Texas Department of Agriculture. Additionally, Brite Star is a proud member of the National CACFP Association and actively participates in the Farm Fresh Challenge!
Free Homework Help & Enrichment

Brite Star offers free homework help and tutoring (outsourced tutor available weekdays and Saturday mornings; fees applied) to support your child's academic success. We can assist with any homework assignments sent home from school, ensuring your child has completed or made progress on them by pick-up time. Brite Star provides two computers and free Wi-Fi for students who need to complete online assignments. If your child doesn't have school homework to work on, we offer grade-level appropriate monthly themed enrichment activities and lessons for them to work through during the week. Additionally, Brite Star will keep you updated on your child's progress and the areas they're focusing on each week, so you can feel confident in their continued academic growth.
After School Transportation
​Brite Star offers after-school transportation from local schools to our site for students attending nearby schools. The cost for transportation is $25 per week, billed monthly.
